Protect Us Kids Foundation has released The State of Online Child Exploitation in the United States, a report revealing how digital harm is evolving faster than most protection systems can respond.
As the only organization using a Cybersecurity Sustainability Standard™ to prevent child exploitation, Protect Us Kids reaches youth through peer-to-peer virtual safe havens—meeting them where they are online and in the language that resonates most.
“Technology may shape the future, but humanity determines its safety,” said Veda T. Woods, Founder & CEO. “This work is about saving lives, restoring dignity, and rebuilding trust in the spaces where youth learn, connect, and dream.”

The 2024 Safe Futures Global Virtual Conference brought together adults and young people for conversations and learning focused on online safety, digital risks and empowering youth to navigate the digital world more safely. Children received free admission to participate in dedicated youth programming.
